Frequently Asked Questions
How to Order: Order the invitation and stationery items that you require and follow the steps on screen. We accept payment via Bank transfer, Credit Card via PayPal,Cheque or Money order. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
Prices: All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change, please check the website at time of ordering for current prices. Prices for Invitations and Thank You cards include envelopes.
Payment: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card (via PayPal), cheque or money order. Work will not commence on your order until full payment has been received.
Refunds: Please contact us via email to cancel your order. If the order is cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation period, but before final approval of artwork, a 50% refund will be returned to the client. Once the final approval of the artwork has been signed off by the client, no refund will be given and no changes are possible to the stationery.
Delivery: Your stationery will be delivered by express post within 2 weeks from final artwork approval. Stationery is packaged carefully to make sure you receive it in excellent condition. As a result Fi Fy Fo Fum Designs are in no way liable for damage caused by third parties in the delivery process. We deliver throughout Australia. Please email info@fifyfofum.com for international deliveries.
Urgent Orders: Stationery required within the normal turn around timeframe will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@fifyfofum.com to see if we can meet your requirements.
Minimum Orders: Fi Fy Fo Fum Designs is happy to produce your stationery in any quantity. No minimum order applies.
Additional Items: If there are other items of stationery you require to complete your event that you cannot find on this website please contact us. Fi Fy Fo Fum Designs also produces custom stationery which could include additional items using designs featured on this website, or could be a totally new custom design tailored to your requirements for a complete stationery package.
Sample Kits: Fi Fy Fo Fum Designs is happy to refund the amount you spend on sample kits up to a value of $15 and for all orders over $50. The refund will be given to each customer once.
Artwork Approval: Once the artwork is finalised, a digital proof will be sent to you via email for your sign off. Two changes may be made to the artwork without incurring any additional charge. Please check the proof carefully as once the artwork is signed off, it cannot be changed and no refunds will be given.
If your received order does not match the approved artwork, please notify us immediately. Fi Fy Fo Fum Designs will reprint the stationery, corrected as required, and deliver at no change.
Colours / Finish: Colours displayed on screen may appear slightly different to the printed stationery. Please order a sample pack if you would like to check the final printed colour of the invitation on your chosen paper. Metallic paper will have a slight effect on the printed colour. In some cases there may be a slight difference between the colours received in a sample kit and the colours of the final print, as the items are being printed at different times. Please allow for a 5% colour change.
Privacy: Fi Fy Fo Fum Designs considers your privacy very important and will not distribute your personal details to any third parties.
